Arrested with his brother Jamil Khader Almassri in Lebanon and handed over to Syria. They were imprisoned in Adra prison. His brother was released after a year and a half of imprisonment, after which Abdul Nasser was transferred to several prisons before settling in Sednaya. He was visited by his mother, Salima, two or three times. Then came the news of his death in prison after four years of imprisonment. His family was asked to go down to Syria to receive his identity and body, but no one went down for fear of arrest, and his news disappeared.
