On May 26, 2024, my brother and 16 others attempted to flee to Italy from Libya, setting sail from Sabratha at around 5 PM. Unfortunately, the boat sank two hours later, and people jumped off. 5 people were helped, but unfortunately, the rest have not yet received an answer about their whereabouts; whether they drowned or are in prison, whether they are in the hospital or in prison. I beg you. The boat sank an hour from the shores of Sabratha.
