On Tuesday morning, 8/13/2024, my brother told me that they would set off at sea from Al-Qarbouli Beach in Libya, but some problems occurred on the day of the trip, as the boat was stolen by some people and the smuggler negotiated with them and the keys were left and the trip was confirmed and they set off to Al-Farbouli Beach at exactly 8:00 PM. Communication continued between me and my brother until exactly 11:50 PM. I contacted a number of the trip’s relatives and they confirmed to me that their sailing by sea had not been confirmed. I contacted the smuggler and his answers were incomprehensible and illogical. There is no confirmation from the smuggler that the boat has sailed and we have suspicions about their kidnapping in Libya. We do not have any information about them up to this hour.
